The development of the construction industry is accelerating in recent years, so theresearch on the damage detection in structure is paid more and more attention byresearchers and becomes an important measure that ensures the structure to run well.Pulling-out method for ready mixed concrete strength is a kind of a little damaged methodin high accuracy, and its results are reliable. China has a vast land, the concrete rawmaterials are united hard, forming technique of all is not entirely consistent, many cities inour countries have built independent concrete measuring strength curve by pulling-outmethod and there is no concrete ready mixed concrete curve by pulling-out method inTangshan area at present. So carry on research on building curve of pulling-out method forthe further promotion and application. Emphatically introduces the Mohr-Coulombcriterion, come to a conclusion that how will the pulling out post-insert force changeconsidering the gravity, this is very significant to guide tests. Aiming at the commonconcrete raw materials, the concrete molding in Tangshan area, to make a batch of concretestandard test blocks in three more representative large concrete companies of Tangshanand put to the test after concrete compressive strengthened to standards. Observing thedestruction of the concrete in the process of test, distinguishing between normal andabnormal concrete destruction form comparing with theoretical damage. Pulling-out forceas the independent variable, concrete strength value of the dependent variable, using thetest data in linear, the power function, index and logarithmic function to regressionanalysis and setting up the concrete measuring strength curve for the pulling-out method ofTangshan area. In the process of the test, not only using pulling-out method, but also therebound method, put the test data in multivariate linear function, multiple power functionand multiple index function to regression analysis, to set up the concrete measuringstrength curve for the rebound-pulling-out method of Tangshan area.The measuring strength curves of ready mixed concrete by pulling-out method andrebound-pulling-out method are setted up by the return analysis in Tangshan area throughthe concrete test, and is important to improve the level of Tangshan area concrete test andperfect testing technology.
