Hydraulic motor is a conversion device which change hydraulic energy providing byhydraulic pump into mechanical energy. Under the action of working medium, it outputtorque and speed. The radial force of hydraulic motor is imbalance which limits thedevelopment of hydraulic components and restricts its application fields. In practicalapplications, the requirements of hydraulic motor has a variety of torque and speed. Atpresent, the hydraulic motor which widely used in various fields can’t realize. Multi-actingcouple hydraulic motor that consist of a rotor corresponding to two stator forms twoindependent motors sharing an output shaft. Through change connection between insidemotor and outside motor without altering input flow and pressure can realize multi-constanttorque and multi-constant speed, and radial force of hydraulic motor is balance.Firstly, this paper introduces hydraulic technology development with domestic andinternational and the force of hydraulic motor. And paper introduces the radial force ofhydraulic motor. Secondly, there is14kinds of connection with one inside, one outsidehydraulic pump and hydraulic motor. It can satisfy different working conditions. So paperdefines the definition of couple hydraulic motor and has made the detailed introduction ofworking principle, structure characteristics and so on. And by using software sets up modeof hydraulic motor. Again, paper derives displacement in the four conditions, and sums upthe formula of instantaneous flow rate, instantaneous torque and instantaneous torque. Dueto hydraulic motor has output fluctuation, superimposition of multi-inside and multi-outsidemotors effect output characteristics. Based on analysis of the motor output characteristicscan conclude location of the oil outlet when fluctuation is minimum. And becausemulti-acting couple motor can realize different working condition, the lag angle andnumber of roller link also influence the whole motor’s output characteristics.Then, paper made dynamics including force analysis of rotor, roller link and concludesthat the force is cyclical change. Through the simulation of rotor, even-acting is better thanodd-acting. Finally, paper analyses and improves the leak of hydraulic motor, and putsforward the floating side plate to improve hydraulic motor’s axial leakage. In addition,through prove the feasibility of multi-acting couple hydraulic motor. The experiment measures, records, analyze the data. The paper’s analysis and conclusion of multi-actingcouple hydraulic motor are primary stage. It is foundation for optimizing multi-actingcouple hydraulic motor.
