Abstract/Summary:
Inverted triangle tube truss structure has been more applied in large span and largespace structure because of good stress performance. As the complex form of invertedtriangle tube truss structure,large mass of truss structure and complicated workingenvironment,the influence of construction force and deformation on the structure can’tbe ignored. Therefore mechanics analysis has an important significance in this kind ofproject during construction to make sure project’s quality and safety.Based on the background of large span inverted triangular truss structure inChongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center, the following work hasbeen done in this paper:①At first, the researches in the large span triangle tube truss structure aresummarized. The developments and characteristics on large span and space structure areintroduced.②The form of large span structure, construction method and construction keypoints are described. The key construction technical contains the tube truss processing,branches column processing, tube truss assembling, pre-camber control technology, thebearing frame support system,construction survey, installing correction technique andso on. The key technology, specific methods and key design points are discussed indetail, which provides the basis in the successful construction of inverted triangle tubetruss structure.③A ccording to the foundation on the basic principle of theconstruction simulationanalysis, simplified calculation model analysis of construction process, the loadcombination selection and the principle of division of construction stages wereexpounded in the paper, analysis and simulation of construction mechanics weresummarized. By using this technology in the project of Chongqing InternationalConvention and Exhibition Center, we can see it is necessary to consider the influenceof internal force in construction process of truss rod factors.④Behavior of the temporary load bearing welding positioned in long spanstructures was researched. Internal force and deformation was analysised before andafter truss hoisting, the bearing bracket in form and the node connection method wasalso determined by using finite element software SAP2000and MIDAS.
