| Intelligent transportation system (ITS) is a comprehensive, real-time, accurate andefficient integrated transportation and management system based on advancedinformation technology, communication technology, sensor technology, controltechnology and computer technology.It can effectively improve the chaotic traffic,reduce congestion, improve transport efficiency and improve the traffic safety. As animportant part of ITS, electronic police system plays an important role in regulating thebehavior of drivers, eliminating traffic accidents, improving the level of traffic lawenforcement and road traffic capacity. Along with the urban road construction and theincrease of vehicle ownership, the existing product quality and efficiency of theelectronic police products put forward higher request.The overall determines architecture design, based on the analysis of electronicpolice system.Analyze of the basic structure of the DaVinci technology, the systemsoftware, a detailed design, and analyze the vehicle detection algorithm for detailed, forthe electronic police system characteristics and the basic functions to be achieved.In this paper, the following aspects are described:1)Intelligent transportationsystem development process,and the current development of electronic police;2)Thecomposition of electronic police system and the introduction of DaVinci platform;3)The introduction of multi-threaded programming.the following aspects of the designand implementation are completed:1) The design and implementation of the systemhardware platform;2) The implementation of the Linux operating system;3)The designand implementation of file transfer communication based on FTP protocol.Although this application in the electronic police system has achieved initialsuccess, but as a new technology to be further spread, the following research isnecessary:(1) Increasing the license plate recognition, up the basic functions of electronicpolice system.(2) The virtual coil instead of ground sense coil.(3)To further improve the system processing rate of the video, capture for thesystem to effectively provide a guarantee. |
