The Real-Time Positioning Scheduling And Management Cooperative System Of Police Motorcycles

Along with fast development of our country's economy, there are more and more vehicles and traffic jams in the city.The request of fast accurate, the prompt arriving handle is getting more and more to Public security organ.Therefore, the road traffic supports stops up with realizes between the Public security organ rapid reaction contradiction to intensify day by day.The police motorcycles have the advantage of little volume, nimble and no limit for traffic jam. This study discusses how to take advantage of police motorcycles, establishes real-time positioning scheduling and management cooperative system. It has the important theory value and the practical significance.Firstly, the article deeply researched the related technologies about vehicles locate monitoring area, propose the idea about building general, distributed police motorcycles GIS monitoring platform on the basis of widely market research. Then abstracted the particular system requirements, analyzed the platform of vehicle terminal, communication protocol, communication server, data system and then designed feasible plan.Secondly, the thesis gave the hardware design plan about vehicle terminal. The volume must be small on motorcycle's equipment, the power loss is low and the anti-knocking property is good. To be concrete, the hardware realization of main control circuit, GPS wireless communication module, GPS peripheral circuit based on MSP430F149. We designed reserve storage battery system and the power source saves the energy consumption management function.Thirdly, we gave the hardware design of police motor vehicles terminal. It includes the realization of wireless communication module, database design of control centre, electronic map integration to VC and the data transmission between customers. Based on Maps/SQL Server, we realized the data and the application integration. On the GIS control platforms which integrated electronic map, you can see the information of vehicle terminal location, speed, warning, orders, historical inquiries, man management, vehicle management and dynamic defence. Because traffic police's work place is not fixed, high-current mobility and the difficult checking, so we designed policeman long-distance checking management system based on the technology of electronic fence and database.At last, we tested the platform carefully, analyzed the typical problems, and shared the experiences.
