In recent years,with the improvement of living standard,people's demand for automobiles has also been greatly improved.At the same time,it has effectively promoted the development of domestic auto parts logistics industry,and meanwhile,the requirements of the automobile logistics industry have been continuously improved.According to the process of production operation,the automobile logistics can be divided into four aspects: admission logistics,production logistics,sales logistics and reverse logistics.This paper chooses the entrance logistics as the research topic,combines the inventory and the actual situation,optimizes the route and vehicle arrangement of the entrance logistics,so as to reduce the logistics cost of the company.This paper expounds the related theory of auto parts logistics,on the basis of the combination I have encountered in the process of work of the actual situation of the auto parts logistics some problems in the actual development process to make the corresponding summary.Taking CMSCL as an example,this paper mainly focuses on optimizing the inventory and transportation of two key elements as a whole to find out the optimal cost of the combination.In this paper,through the establishment of corresponding mathematical model,combined with the actual situation of the company encountered in the process of production,design a collection of actual situation of the improved genetic algorithm to solve the established model,it is concluded that the optimal transportation path.On the basis of this,a double-layer planning model involving inventory and transportation cost is used to analyze the optimal path of the previous solution to meet the actual operation requirements of the vehicle factory.Through continuous research,the optimal transportation path can meet the inventory requirements and the lowest transportation cost.The conclusions of this paper are:Logistics company of A the livelihood of the people live long Milk for nanjing changan Mazda co.,LTD.-run pickup plan,analyzing the actual application situationof nanjing changan logistics put Milk-the livelihood of the people live long run mode under the operation of local parts suppliers of specific division method and the transport and principle applied in nanjing changan Mazda co.,LTD.,the remote,east China and nanjing local suppliers,the final results showed that Milk-run pickup pattern compared to traditional sent straight pattern has a huge advantage.Innovation point of this article are(1)the analysis of the different restrictions of vehicle scheduling problem and the solving algorithm at the same time,according to the characteristics of vehicle scheduling problem design an improved genetic algorithm for solving vehicle scheduling problems,and combined with case analysis the usefulness of the algorithm.(2)through the bi-level programming algorithm,based on the characteristics of the constructed model,designed the corresponding layered iteration algorithm,through case analysis,the optimal route is influential to the factory's actual inventory.
