| Since reform and opening up, the rapid urbanization process in China has contributed to the swift development of construction industry. With the large-scale implementation of architectural design, the market demands have vigorously boosted the popularization and promotion of the industry of Architectural renderings, which, in a short period of time, is exalted to the international level. Under such circumstances, many foreign offices invite Chinese Architectural renderings companies to take charge of their later-stage architectural representation fabrication. However, against the backdrop of accelerating economy, some construction enterprises in China have attached undue importance to short construction period and construction quantities, thus giving rise to the rough architectural products and the disaccord between fabrication level of Architectural renderings and the quality of actual architectures despite the artistic and magnificent Architectural renderings.In recent years, the difference between Architectural renderings and actual architectures has become an issue of great concern to many architects. Such difference is attributable to the gap between finished architectural products and the expectations of the architects. However, the systematic and complete discussion and summary of this issue are still absent. This thesis focuses on the differences between Architectural renderings and actual architectures and expounds on the underlying reasons so as to propose effective solutions.This thesis, following the process of proposal of question, analysis of question and the resolution of question, is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the background and current status of the Architectural renderings and the construction development as well as the reality of the differences. The second part analyzes the impact of the genuine expression of the Architectural renderings on finished architectural products and puts forward the issues that shall be paid attention to in the process of fabricating the Architectural renderings from the perspective of the working flow and features of the Architectural renderings. The third part analyzes the reasons for the defections from the formulation of the plan to the completion of the architectures on the basis of the actual construction and summarizes the weak link in the stages of schematic design, construction drawing, construction and use of the buildings. The last part aims at resolving problems by proposing effective and pragmatic initiatives in terms of the solutions and cultivating the professional ethics and responsibilities of the architects so as to enable them to provide reasonable and perfect architectures with high degree of completion, narrow the difference between Architectural renderings and the actual architectures and enhance the integration degree of architectural products and the expectations of architects. |
