With the rapid development of economy and society,the pace of modernization construction in our country has been accelerating.As well as,high-rise buildings,super-tall buildings and special-shaped buildings have been constantly emerging.Complex architectural contours,special building materials,and unconventional architectural forms have proposed new difficulties and challenges to measurement of construction planning and completion.The rapid development of information and technology and the continuous advancement of new surveying and mapping technologies have provided new means and methods for building engineering measurement,making the acquisition of spatial data of architectural engineering oriented towards real-time,digital,intelligent,and dynamic direction.At present,traditional surveying and mapping methods encounter difficulties and bottlenecks in measurement of construction planning and completion.Therefore,it is necessary to appropriately adopt new technologies and new methods such as three-dimensional completion measurement and panoramic completion measurement to improve measurement efficiency and provide more specific,more detailed and more cognizable results for planning acceptance,and furtherly promote the information,standardization and scientific of urban planning work.Based on the above research background,this paper proceeds from the actual needs of measurement project of construction planning and completion,and deeply studies the working principle,operation process,precision influence factors and actual feasibility of the new surveying and mapping technologies such as CORS technology,3D laser scanning technology and UAV tilt photogrammetry technology.Then taking the measurement project of construction planning and completion of the National Heavy Vehicle Engineering Technology Research Center as an example,this paper has applied various new surveying and mapping technologies to the project measurement and accuracy analysis,and provided a reference for the application of new surveying and mapping technologies in measurement of construction planning and completion.The main research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)The feasibility of application of CORS-based network RTK technology in measurement of construction planning and completion is studied.The means of using RTK technology integrated with total station to carry out control network survey in actual project is proposed,which improves the operation efficiency and automation of the control point measurement.(2)The feasibility of application of three-dimensional laser scanning technology in measurement of construction planning and completion is studied.The effects of scanning distance,incidence angle and scanner position on the quality of three-dimensional laser scanning point clouds are investigated by experiments.Then in practical project,3D laser scanning technology is used to acquire the surveying and mapping data of difficult and irregular buildings,and the problems of difficult data acquisition and inefficient data acquisition are solved.(3)The feasibility of application of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in measurement of construction planning and completion is studied.The operation process and accuracy influencing factors of the technology in measurement of construction planning and completion are discussed.The acquisition of orthophoto and tilt images of buildings is carried out in actual project,which improves the efficiency of data acquisition.
