| China elevator market as the world’s biggest elevator market accommodate almost globalmultinational elevator enterprises and domestic elevator enterprise, along with the trend of thereal estate industry’s recession,competition in the market makes the elevator reached thewhite-hot stage. Enterprises only to produce high quality products fast to meet the users demand,can have a place in the elevator market. This paper use the ORAC company’s product designprocess as the research object, through the application of concurrent engineering theory, realizethe business process reengineering, enhances the competitive ability of enterprise.This article fully expounds the concurrent engineering, process reengineering, and organiza-tionnal structure related concept and theory method based on project management. Through fieldresearch conducted a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the ORAC company’s product de-sign process, analysis the problem of business process between the company’s customers and br-anches, branches and technology ministry, information transfer of within the technical departm-ent. Use concurrent engineering theory to solve the problem, establish the project team, optimizethe organizational structure of the company; through process re-engineering to recycling the pro-duct design process, and propose a new process scheme for the company status. Finally, the newprocess were evaluated. |
