Shanhe Intelligent Financial Risk Early Warning Research

Under the background of "Made in China 2025",this paper first systematically combs the theoretical research on financial risk,financial risk management and financial risk early warning at home and abroad,and focuses on the theory of efficacy coefficient method.Then,the article summarizes the organizational structure,development strategy and business operations of Shanhe Intelligent Company,analyzes the financial situation of Shanhe Intelligent’s assets and liabilities,operating profit and cash flow;using Shanhe Intelligence and the financial data of 20 companies in the same industry for comparative analysis,In-depth understanding of Shanhe’s smart solvency,profitability,operational capability and growth capability;combining the theory with Shanhe’s intelligent financial capability data,the Shanhe smart financial risk is divided into four types: financing risk,investment risk,business risk and income distribution risk;Correlation analysis,with reference to the “Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Indicators and Weights of Enterprises” issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council,established a financial risk identification and evaluation index system containing 15 financial indicators for Shanhe Intelligence;using the efficacy coefficient method and the reference of the SASAC "Enterprise Performance Evaluation Standard Value" establishes Shanhe intelligent financial risk identification system,and specifically evaluates the level and level of Shanhe intelligent financial risk in 2006-2017.Finally,the article combines the actual situation of Shanhe intelligent,establishes the construction principle of financial risk early warning system,designs the organizational structure and early warning response mechanism of Shanhe intelligent financial risk early warning system,classifies the police according to the level of Shanhe intelligent financial risk level,and establishes five levels of finance.Risk early warning response system,systematically discussed the operation of early warning response mechanism of different financial risk police levels,randomly selected Shanhe Intelligent 2015 and 2016 financial data to verify the effectiveness of the constructed financial risk early warning system,and Shanhe Intelligent 2018-Early warning and estimation of financial risks in 2020.In view of the possible financial risks of Shanhe Intelligence,the paper puts forward four kinds of financial risk prevention measures: financing risk,investment risk,business risk and income distribution.
