| Based on the research background and status of current power system voltage monitoring and management, according to demand the of practice, integration of power supply voltage monitoring comprehensive management system is proposed and constructed.In the thesis the structure, characteristics and functions of a new generation of voltage monitoring device is specified detailed on the basis of the voltage monitoring principle and course introduction of monitoring device development. It is further analyzed in the respects of common voltage fault, reactive compensation and voltage adjustment, power quality and voltage monitoring in the power grid monitoring that the electric voltage monitoring plays an important role in the operation of the power grid. On the basis of specification of the construction idea, overall structure, business structure, the application architecture, functional requirements and so on for the power supply voltage monitoring comprehensive management system, it introduces the hardware platform, software platform, and application functions of the specific system implementation.The content of this article is completely anastomotic with the national and grid company’s "twelfth five" planning, new rural construction, home appliances going to the countryside, the low voltage regulation, energy conservation and emission reduction, the national power grid company’s SG186construction thought and "hardware concentration, software integration" and other major policies.
