For substations,capacitive equipment,as an indispensable and important equipment,has a direct impact on the safe and stable operation of the power system because of its large quantity.Statistics show that most of the reasons for the failure of the capacitive equipment are generally the increasing expansion of the equipment insulation defects,which causes the partial discharge or breakdown of the capacitive equipment.The electrified detection technology is applied to the capacitive equipment.At present,there is a lack of effective diagnosis theory and method in state maintenance.It only provides data,rich information and poor knowledge.It cannot establish the relationship between various monitoring information,and cannot explain the normal fluctuation of the measurement results.It is difficult to make accurate on-line diagnosis of insulation state.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a corresponding online diagnosis.The monitoring system can detect the insulation status of the equipment through online monitoring system,and detect and check the equipment's problems.This will greatly reduce the blackout routine test cycle,thereby reducing the power outage time,and will provide corresponding data support for the development of condition based maintenance.Based on capacitive devices,the capacitance detection principle and relative dielectric loss factor are theoretically analyzed in this paper.The live detection based on online detection system is studied.First,based on the sampling unit of the Rogowski coil principle of active zero flux technology,the synchronous trigger of each extension can be carried out by high precision time pulse signal based on M12+,and the system adopts phase comparison method to measure the dielectric loss.The extension must have a strict synchronous trigger signal,so as to achieve the synchronous measurement accuracy of power frequency signal to 100 ns.Then the GPRS wireless communication technology is used to transmit and control the data.The wireless network is not limited by the physical space and the network covers a wide range.The electromagnetic interference problem in the high voltage environment of the substation is solved.The real-time and reliability of the data transmission are guaranteed.The simulation module circuit and hardware circuit are used for docking and debugging,and the insulation setting is finally realized.Design the hardware system of dielectric loss parameter online monitoring.Through the design of the MATLAB program,the relative measurement method is adopted to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis and analysis of the insulation equipment.The design of the GPRS and the wireless communication program of the upper computer is designed to build a complete online monitoring system.The problems of signal interference in similar products will be reduced and solved one by one,so as to improve the credibility of test results.Combining with the reality,the judgment basis of the system data and the analysis method of the system data are summed up.It is the detection device that can guarantee the quality in the practical application.
