| The environmental pollution resulted from hazardous chemical accidents occurred frequently in our country in recent years. How to control the pollution and share the experiences and lessons in these accidents are very critical in environmental emergency treatment.In this paper,794cases of hazardous chemical environment pollution accidents were collected by consulting a large number of literature, web sites, books and combined with field investigation. The results showed that the most of accidents occurred in spring and summer; The accidents occurred more frequent in Zhejiang, Shandong and Jiangsu; Leakage was the major accident form. Compressed and liquefied gas usually caused air pollution, and flammable liquid usually caused water pollution. In addition, the leakage accident resulted in the largest population of poisoning; followed by the explosion, which also caused the large number of injurers and dead and the most of property damage.By using Web server Apache, PHP programming language and MySQL database management systems, the accidents database of hazardous chemical accidents was created, which realized the input of new accidents, and a fast and convenient searching about the hazardous chemicals’ physicochemical properties and the hazardous chemicals accidents, and realized the accidents statistic according to the different elements.The papers studied the classification of42situations used to control and treat the environmental pollution based on the principle of event tree analysis. According to the physicochemical properties of hazardous chemicals and the characteristics of accidents, the42situations were sorted from the type of contaminants, pollution medium and the character of contaminants. For each type of chemical accident, feasible emergency treatment and disposal technology schemes were established, considering areas of pollution source control technology, pollutant non-proliferation technology, contaminant elimination technology and waste disposal technology. The proposals of how to treat and dispose the environmental pollution were put forward to every kind of pollution accidents. The emergency plans of hazardous chemical pollution accidents were constructed. |
