According to related studies have shown that the deep rock mass characterized by "soft rock" feature, for early shallow coal mining technology has not completely suitable for deep mining roadway, to provide more reasonable supporting scheme for deep mining and the corresponding supporting technology, in this paper, the current common deep mining conditions respectively through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis of the mining conditions of a preliminary design of optimal supporting scheme, and on this basis to determine the huaibei yuandian two mine101transportation reasonable control stability of surrounding rock of roadway bolting parameters.At present in terms of theoretical analysis on how to calculate the required supporting of roadway surrounding rock pressure on the size of the formula is not perfect, the third chapter, the mining conditions in common is that different roadway section size, buried depth and different lithology were selected three factors five levels orthogonal design of experiment is made on25groups of test, using the theory of peer scholars research results for theoretical calculation of surrounding rock deformation of the surface in the absence of support reaction force size, when the deformation exceeds allowed deformation, the deformation of surrounding rock supporting reaction by adjusting the size control within the scope of the corresponding lithology value, to determine the25groups control stability of surrounding rock under different mining conditions needed to support reaction force size. So far, there are many kinds of roadway support form, different forms of support provided by the support reaction force size each are not identical, according to the related research to understand the different support forms can provide support counterforce size and25groups on the basis of the preliminary design of roadway surrounding rock supporting scheme under different mining conditions.The analysis of surrounding rock of roadway deformation methods mainly include theoretical analysis, numerical analysis and field tests. In this paper, the fourth chapter in view of the theoretical analysis of25groups of the orthogonal experiment using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS numerical simulation of the deformation, the deformation limits on more than supporting, the quantity of gradually add anchor for deformation is too large to add after pressure perfusion slurry to improve the surrounding rock lithology rock bolting until the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock control in the range of allowable corresponding lithology, which can be designed by the method of numerical analysis under different mining conditions25groups control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway support scheme and corresponding supporting parameters.In huaibei yuen shop two mine101haulage roadway as an example, control the mining conditions of roadway, which is the closest to25groups of the orthogonal experiment, respectively in combination with theoretical calculation and numerical analysis of the design scheme of preliminary design change control stability of surrounding rock of roadway support scheme. Using the ANSYS software to simulate the actual101transport of roadway deformation, on the analysis of the different rock density and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the fitting relationship, based on the calculated best supporting parameters of roadway, and the calculation results are verified through the simulation. This article conclusion:(1) The theory analysis of roadway surrounding rock lithology, the worse, buried depth, the greater the section size, the greater the control needed for the stability of surrounding rock supporting reaction force increases correspondingly, research shows that when the cohesive force of roadway surrounding rock is more than1.5MPa, buried depth is more than600m, equivalent radius is greater than2.5m, the surrounding rock support reaction will increase rapidly, so the group critical value in practical engineering should attach importance to it;(2) Using the numerical simulation of rectangular deformation law of surrounding rock of roadway is closer to the measured, and compared to the theoretical calculation results is slightly different, but the deformation law of surrounding rock and the trend is consistent, roadway width is6m, research shows that the original rock stress of18mpa, lithology of broken coal surface deformation of surrounding rock, the biggest need pressure perfusion slurry to improve the surrounding rock bolting of the reentry after lithology.(3) The numerical simulation analysis of the engineering practice of roadway surrounding rock deformation decreases with the increase in the Numbers of bolt support, by adopting the method of fitting data concludes that the function relation between roadway optimal supporting parameters are deduced, the design method is feasible, and has very important reference value to the engineering practice. |
