Study On The Development Of "Resource-saving And Environment-friendly" Agriculture-related Enterprises Based On Bionics

In2008, the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee hasofficially proposed that our country should establish Resource-saving andEnvironment-friendly society and Resource-saving and Environment-friendlyagriculture. From then on, the construction of Resource-saving andEnvironment-friendly agriculture became an important part of our country. In2010,the ministry of industry, the ministry of finance and the ministry of science andtechnology decided to develop Resource-saving and Environment-friendlyenterprises. They decided to choose some representative enterprises among the keyindustries which have the serious consumption of the resources and pollute theenvironment seriously. Then through the assessment of three to five years, theseenterprises will become the Resource-saving and Environment-friendlydemonstration enterprises. And these enterprises will reach the advanced level of theindustry in the product structure, output efficiency, resource and environmentprotection etc. From the ancient time to present, agriculture is the foundation ofeconomic development. However, as the micro carrier of agriculture,agriculture-related enterprises have played an irreplaceable role. Therefore,agricultural enterprises need to change the way of product from the original highpollution and high energy consumption to the style of resources-saving andenvironment-friendly.In this paper, the author firstly defined the connotations of Resource-saving andEnvironment-friendly agriculture-related enterprises and other related theory of thestudy. Through learning the outstanding achievements from at home and abroad,based on the investigation, summed up the main problems which will affect the development of Resource-saving and Environment-friendly agriculture-relatedenterprises. The author gave the concept of life to Resource-saving andEnvironment-friendly agriculture-related enterprises by the bionics view. Throughthe theory of traditional Chinese medicine and comparability principle, analyzed thesimilarities between five zang system and the management system inResource-saving and Environment-friendly agriculture-related enterprises,constructed the bionic model, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion for theconstruction of agricultural enterprises. At the same time, the author used theregimens of human beings into enterprises, put forward the regiment strategies ofSelf-cultivation and adjusting outside and constructed the behavior bionic model ofenterprises. Finally, the author put forward the suggestions and strategies for thedevelopment of Resource-saving and Environment-friendly agriculture-relatedenterprises, based on the construction and behavior bionic model. It is meaningful tofind an effective method to develop this kind of enterprise. It will be helpful toimprove the survival ability, improve the market competitiveness, and promote thesustainable development of enterprises.
