The Analysis And Diagnosis Of Abnormal Vibrations Of A Hydrocarbon Compressors In A Coal Chemical Company

Large steam turbine in the industrial production of vibration condition monitoring and fault diagnosis has important practical significance for guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of unit. Taking a certain coal chemical company hydrocarbon compressor turbine as the research object, analyzes the basic characteristics of typical vibration faults of steam turbine. On this basis, the abnormal vibration monitoring of the turbine to the frequency spectrum characteristics, occurrence condition, research units when fault analysis, finds the reasons of the abnormal vibration, proposed the corresponding improvement measure, the ultimate elimination of vibration fault, ensure the normal and safe operation of machine set. The research results of this paper to guarantee the safe operation of hydrocarbon compressor.
