In the refining and chemical industry,flue gas turbines,as the key energy-saving equipment for catalytic cracking,operate under harsh variable working conditions all year round.They are affected by factors such as high temperature,high pressure,and flue gas erosion for a long time,and the failure modes are complex and difficult to diagnose.At the same time,with the rise of big data and industrial Internet technology,the data between flue gas turbines has been integrated and managed,forming a unique "equipment group" model.However,the traditional fault diagnosis model rarely considered the coupling relationship between the use of equipment.Solve the problem of fault diagnosis of flue gas turbine under variable working conditions.Therefore,based on the actual data of the on-site flue gas turbine equipment group,this thesis clarified the vibration characteristics of the flue gas turbine under variable working conditions,analyzes the sensitivity of the diagnostic map of the flue gas turbine under variable working conditions,and constructs a flue gas turbine based on cluster analysis.The group diagnosis model provides technical support for the fault diagnosis of flue gas turbines under variable working conditions.Specific research contents include:(1)The vibration characteristics of flue gas turbines with variable working conditions are clarified.Aiming at the problem that the traditional flue gas turbine characteristic analysis method under variable working conditions does not consider the influence of vibration parameters,which leads to one-sided research,the correlation analysis method is introduced to study the working mechanism of the flue gas turbine under variable working conditions,and analyze the operation of the flue gas turbine under variable working conditions.Based on the characteristics and laws of the flue gas turbine,a vibration characteristic analysis model based on correlation analysis was constructed,and an analysis method of vibration characteristics under variable working conditions was established,which provided a theoretical basis for the selection of vibration monitoring and diagnosis parameters for flue gas turbines under variable working conditions.Taking the actual flue gas turbine equipment data of a refinery as an example,the vibration characteristics of flue gas turbines under variable working conditions are analyzed,and the validity of the model is verified.Compared with the traditional variable working condition characteristic analysis method,the working condition characteristics of process parameters and monitoring parameters are taken into account,and the correlation degree of parameters under multiple working conditions is quantified.(2)The sensitivity of the flue gas turbine diagnostic map under variable operating conditions was analyzed.Aiming at the problem that the fault sensitivity of the traditional flue gas turbine diagnostic atlas method is difficult to determine under variable working conditions,the similarity distance analysis method is introduced to study the typical failure modes of the flue gas turbine,and the characteristics and characteristics of the common atlas diagnosis methods of the flue gas turbine are analyzed.Applicable to the working conditions,a sensitivity analysis method of flue gas turbine diagnostic atlas is established,and the measurement of fault sensitivity of common diagnostic atlas of flue gas turbine is realized.Taking the rotor unbalance data of the actual flue gas turbine equipment in a refinery as an example,the effectiveness of the method is verified.Compared with the traditional diagnostic spectrum analysis method,the proposed method deeply analyzes the flue gas turbine variable The influence degree of the working conditions provides technical guidance for the actual fault diagnosis personnel in the field.(3)A method for building a group diagnosis model for flue gas turbines based on cluster analysis is proposed.In view of the weak sensitivity of some faults in the traditional diagnostic atlas method under variable working conditions,the data of the flue gas turbine equipment group was introduced to mine the common relationship of similar equipment of the flue gas turbine,and the common parameters of the flue gas turbine based on fuzzy clustering were established.Model,proposed a multi-parameter fusion algorithm for flue gas turbines based on similarity clustering,and built a group diagnosis model of flue gas turbines based on feature correlation to achieve accurate diagnosis and identification of flue gas turbine faults under variable operating conditions.Taking the actual smoke turbine equipment data of a refinery as an example,the validity is verified.Compared with the traditional single equipment diagnosis model method,it has the advantage of taking into account the correlation of multiple equipment,which improves the accuracy of the flue gas turbine fault diagnosis model under variable working conditions.(4)Developed a flue gas turbine fault diagnosis software system.On the basis of the previous fault diagnosis method research,a flue gas turbine fault diagnosis software system is designed and developed based on C# language.The system includes a condition monitoring module,a data analysis module,a group diagnosis model analysis module and a maintenance alarm module.Device data integration and monitoring diagnostics.
