Shougang steel group co.,LTD is an integrated iron and steel enterprise,its coking plant a total of four coke oven,equipped with two sets of years dealing with about 1.1 million tons of coke dry quenching system,an annual output of 660000 tons of steam about,direct economic benefits is about 23 million yuan/year.Is introduced in this paper circulating blower fan of CDQ system play an important role in CDQ process,and the explanation of the circulating fan structure and working principle;details of the classification of the vibration of the fan and the causes,and the names of dynamic balancing,surge and critical speed of analysis and interpretation.A brief introduction to the finding and discharging of the typical fault of fan is also carried out.In the circulating fan fault monitoring system hardware design and software design by characteristics of understanding and the circulation fan run site environment research,especially to study the vibration characteristics of the circulating fan,and according to the characteristics,the selection of the suitable shaft vibration feeder and determine the transmitter installation position;for the transmitter and the characteristics of PC,select the suitable control system,and the system of cards the brief introduction.After the circulating fan online monitoring system has been installed and debugged,in the actual operation plays a very important role,and give examples of typical,to illustrate the characteristics of online monitoring system of three examples:I,the second phase of the cycle of wind turbine rotor shaft rupture failure analysis;2,the second phase cycle ring fan wrong in fault analysis;3,a circulating fan bearing vibration fault analysisCirculation fan vibration condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is a systematic and complex topic,and blower on-line detection system to provide strong technical support,to ensure the safe operation of the blower,avoid the happening of the accident,and can predict maintenance,reduce the equipment in the process of dry quenching the economic consequences of the accident.
