In Oct.2010,1.6M tons/year diesel hydrogenation unit was put into production, and its sulfur content of diesel oil can reach the50ug/g of national standard III. FH-UDS catalyst and FHRS-2S silicon trapper developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute (FRIPP) were adopted in the new hydrogenation unit. The service life of the catalyst is six years, three years after the need of regeneration. The paper studies the FH-UDS catalyst has the ability to adapt to a variety of mixing raw materials and achieves deep hydro desulfurization. The paper studies device problems from raw materials, product quality, liquid yield, energy consumption, etc, and discusses measures to solve the problems and the improve direction.The comparison between the initial and final parameters of operation period showed that the activity of catalyst decreased quicker at the end of running, can not satisfy the design requirements of Sulfur content Since it is unfavorable for the processing of different feedstocks and the long-term production of low-sulfur diesel oil, the solution such as changing feedstock and increasing the reaction temperature properly are options for offsetting the loss of catalyst activity. The initial calibration results showed the sulfur content of refined diesel oil less than or equal to50u g/g can reach the goal of design and meet the need of short-term hybrid diesel hydrofining production in line with the sulfur content requirement of clean diesel oil of national III emission standard. |
