The main product of MPCC is diesel fuel. The component diesel which are taking part in blending are straight-run diesel oil and secondary processing diesel oil(including hydrofining diesel oil, hydrocracking diesel, catalysis diesel etc). The index of diesel oil don't have the character of linear,but if we blend different diesel component and it is good for the product of diesel oil.The index of S has linear character. It must be in between 85% and 95%. The process units and the object flowing are lot and processing project are often transferring.Now the artifical computing and the blending process management method is difficult to adapt the needing of product.According to the diesel processing flow of MPCC,We put the hydrofining component ration and every component diesel ration in the cost of the object function.Because the object function and the constraint condition all include the bi-linear item (1 ?λi )ri,the model is the bi-linear programming .set x i = (1 ?λi)ri ,we are able to transform it to liner model.This model can help workman design the better diesel blending and hydrofining project.The diesel oil blending is that all sorts of diesel oil are mixed according certain proportion and get the good product.In order to get the best product and avoid wasting,usually we need to build object function and restrict condition.These restrict condition include qualitity and pot number and so on.Above all we must obtain the mathematical blending model.About the optimization method ,we firstly system analysis the multi-select method, in order to guarantees the variety and uniformity for the initialization solution with the orthogonal design and the random method.Giving the four often using selection method and improving the efficiency of Routtle Wheel Selecton .A function optimization problem is presented with the MATLAB language to demonstrate the ideal convergence velocity and the global optimization functionality. And we studies the selection of mutation point and the method of mutate within the mutate operation of the GA from the real number and binary system.
