| Land resource is the essential material basis for human’s livelihood and development. With the increasing intensity of human activities and utilization of land resource, the land ecology has been increasingly damaged, and the ecological safety of land resource has become a significant aspect of ecological safety. Therefore, researches on the ecological safety of land resource have become one of the leading edge topics in the current researches on sustainable utilization of landresource.This paper, choosing ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration as the study area, analyzes land utilization and the ecological state of the area. Based on the Pressure-State-Reaction (P-S-R) model, considering the features of ecological environment and the features of land utilization of the study area, this paper establishes the evaluation model of the land ecological safety of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration, and gives evaluation report on the ecological safety state of land resource of this area. Then this paper provides solutions for sustainable utilization of land resource and protection of ecological safety.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1) The ranks of the comprehensive ecological safety value (from high to low) of land resource of each district and county of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration in the year of2012are Changsha county, Xiangtan county, Zhuzhou county, Zhuzhou downtown, Xiangtan downtown, Changsha downtown. The ranks indicate that three downtowns of the study area in this paper all rank low, which shows the ecological safety of land resource of the three downtowns performs worse than that of the three counties.(2) From2000to2012, the comprehensive ecological safety value of Changsha county, Xiangtan downtown and Xiangtan county has increased, during which the comprehensive ecological safety value of Xiangtan county has greatly increased by0.0523. While the comprehensive ecological safety value of Changsha downtown, Zhuzhou downtown and Zhuzhou county has decreased in different degrees, during which the comprehensive ecological safety value of Changsha downtown has greatly decreased by0.0708.It indicates that due to the increasing ecological pressure of land resource caused by social economic development, the ecological reaction capacity of land resource in Changsha downtown is still insufficient and presents a volatile declining trend although it has increased to some extent. While the ecological safety state of land resource in Xiangtan county has improved obviously.(3) From2000to2012, the ecological safety of land resource in ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration has increased in some parts of the study area and degenerated in some other parts of the study area while it has decreased from the angle of the entire area.(4) Based on the ecological safety evaluation of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration from2000to2012, this paper analyzes influence factors of the ecological safety of land resource in ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration.(5) Focused on the current ecological safety issues of land resource in ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration, this paper considers influence factors of the ecological safety of land resource in this area, analyzes ecological safety of land resource from different aspects including nature, society and economy, and gives solutions and advices on ecological safety of land resource in ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration. |
