| With the rapid development of economic transformation,the concept of urban amenities are considered as the most important factors influencing the urban economic growth and improving the environment degradation,traffic congestion and waste of resources,etc.what’s more,the amenity plays a key role in the ability of cities to compete for labors and future residents and it can influence the flow of high-end talents and create a comfortable living and production space,moreover,it can improve the ability of cities to achieving a successful local and economic development.In this paper,the study based on previous research of urban amenities in different scales at the Ecological urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake,select the elements of natural ecology,urban infrastructure,social environmental and education to build the system of 4 major aspects,6 categories and 30 indicators of urban amenities,the Topsis entropy WeightFuzzy Mathematics is used to evaluate the Ecological urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake urban amenity in 2000、2010、2016,then analyze the features of spatial distribution with different and present their impact mechanism of the spatial disparity of urban amenity.In order to provide a new perspective for the development of urban amenities and rich the urban development theory.The results show that:(1)This study based on different scales,from the four scale,the average upgrade from 0.084 to 0.113,the basic elements of education grew rapidly,with an increase of 62.38%,and the urban education environment was improved.The general amenity city is increased and the lower amenity city is disappear,what’s more,among them,Nanchang,Jiujiang and Yingtan have higher levels of amenity,the urban amenity of Poyang Lake area is evolved the model of single core of Nanchang city gradually,then the coefficient of variation decreased from 0.282 to 0.176 and the spatial variability between regions is gradually decreasing,but there are still some cities that are developing too fast or too slow,it shows that the development of urban comfort is facing more complicated problems and how to coordinate the differences between the four elements and cities will become an important research topic in the future.With the government gradually strengthen the planning layout of the county scales,the country scales become a new field for deepening urban development potential and improving urban functions,so the basic elements of urban infrastructure grew rapidly,the growth rates are 64.29%,in addition,the urban amenity of the country scales upgrade from 0.019 to 0.025 in 2000 to 2016,the growth rates are 24.00%,among them,Nanchang,Jiujiang urban and other areas have grown rapidly,what’s more,the General and the lower amenity city are increased,and the structural center has gradually moved to the middle.As a whole,the pattern is from prefecture level city reduced to the edge of the city gradually,and the dual core structure of Nanchang,Jiujiang urban area as the "core",other urban area as the "sub core" are formed initially.Moreover,the coefficient of variation decreased from 0.282 to 0.176 and the spatial variability between regions is gradually decreasing.By comparison of the two scales,there are large difference between different scales.Due to the larger spatial of the city scale,the issues involved are complex and diverse,so the weak differences will have a profound impact on the overall situation,as a result,there are large internal extremes in the city,even as the overall difference continues to shrink,there are still some cities that are developing too fast or too slow.But the spatial of the county scales are small and the issues involved are simple,so the space difference is small.(3)For the city scales,the degree of obstacle of the natural ecology and urban infrastructure has declined,such as the GDP of per capita tertiary industry,public transportation mileage of Ten Thousand cities,ecological land area,urban infrastructure per Ten Thousand people were the minor factors which influenced the urban amenity,but the influence of the social environment and the basic elements of talent education have improved,such as the number of colleges and universities per Ten Thousand,proportion of research services employment,per capita consumption level,number of parks per million people and so on,there an important factor affecting the development of urban comfort in the future.For the county scales,the ecological land area,information level,economic and financial strength,capital construction investment and tertiary industry added value were the main obstacle which influenced the urban amenity,what’s more,influenced by the local living environment and social economy,so the factors that hinder the development of urban amenity are mostly were the elements of natural ecological and social infrastructure.so,the primary task is accelerating economic development and improving the coordination of economic and ecological construction.(4)The development of urban amenity has a decline in natural ecological environment,and the spatial differences become larger,therefore,the high-urban amenity cities have problems such as weak power in 2000、2010、2016.So,the different regions should formulate corresponding development strategies according to their own status,the regions of the high-urban amenity should take action to accelerate the optimization of urban production and quality of life and protect the environment,enrich the urban functions and promote the coordinated level in different regional,and tap the city’s drive to a higher level.For the regions of the low-urban amenity,accelerating economic development is the primary task,and improve the coordinated development of economic construction and ecological civilization to narrow the gap between cities. |
