Along with our country industrialization development forward,the ecologicalproblems,resources problems and environmental problems came into being andgrowing more and more. As the environmental degradation caused by the economicand social costs rising, pollution problem has been concerned more and more. Ourgovernment has been fully realize the importance of environmental protection, theparty’s18thconference report pointed out:"we must set up the concept that we shouldrespect the nature, comply with the nature, protect the natural, put the constructionof ecological civilization in prominence,blend in economic construction, politicalconstruction, cultural construction, social construction of all aspects and wholeprocess."Environmental credit is the main technical ways and implementation of theconstruction of ecological civilization, it has both the function of the creditmanagement and environmental protection. This article can provide theoreticalsupport for the construction of credit system for the environment, found theenvironmental problems existing in the construction of credit evaluation system, thefeasibility analysis and put forward the Suggestions to solve the problem, provideguidance for the practice of the construction of credit evaluation system for theenvironment.
