The microstructure makesceramic has good density and high strength.In order to suppress the protoenstatite crystalline type conversion, theintroduction of a small amount of BaCO3in the formula. XRD results showthat, the introduction of a small amount of BaCO3, make the winner of theprotoenstatite occupy the main peak, content is increased; SEM morphologyshows, protoenstatite wrapped around a layer of glass phase, inhibits theconversion of the protoenstatite, improve the porcelain blank bending strength,growth of around15%. Different ball milling time, the size of the grain is not,powder is fine, the smaller the grain size, flexural strength also increasedaccordingly.Through the distribution of the characteristics of glaze type, the design oforthogonal test,successful preparation of transparent glaze, when the sinteringtemperature of1240℃, Gloss is94.5, Glazed white degree of82.2.
