As an important intermediate, Amines are widely used in chemical industry, medicine and many other fields. However, the domestic comsumption of ethylenenamine almost is depended on the import. The main method of preparing ethyleneamine is by aminolysis of dichlorethane or ethanolamine. In this paper, Ethyleneamine was prepared by aminolysis of dichlorethane, which is sit for the chlor-alkali industry because the dichloroethane is afforded.The current research focused on the study of the distillation simulation on ethyleneamine and concrete research contents are listed as follows:Aspen Plus simulation software is applied in the process research. Thermodynamic model is selected and verified. The unit module to produce ethyleneamine is chosen and the main distillation process unit is simulated. The unit equipment is designed and the process condition is established and optimized. Through the distillation simulation of ethyleneamine, the distillation process of ethyleneamine has been obtained, which is significant to the process development of ethyleneamine in domestic. |
