In recent years with the sustained and rapid development of economy.the further acceleration of urbanization rate and the obvious improvement of people’s living standards of Sichuan province, the number and size of enterprise is increasing in Sichuan, the growth rate of energy consumption is higher than national average, vehicle ownership is rising year by year, which cause that the air pollution of Sichuan Province has transformed from the simple coal-smoke pollution into the Soot-composite motor vehicle exhaust pollution. Pollutant emissions remain at a high level, coupled with the unique atmospheric boundary laminar flow field of Sichuan basin bad for transport and diffusion of pollutants, causing serious environmental air pollution in the area of Sichuan province. In recent years by environment quality bulletin and monitoring data of Sichuan province, Sichuan complex atmospheric pollution is increasingly prominent.In this thesis sources can be divided into industrial source (industrial enterprises and power plants), road mobile source (motor vehicle exhaust and secondary dust) and7kinds of non-point source. Through the survey on a wide range of domestic and foreign literatures, field investigation and the finishing of collected various statistics, census data and other relevant information, combined with census data of pollution sources and emission factors, the emission list of Sichuan Province in2010has been developed that includes SO2,NOx, CO. VOC, NH3, PM10and PM2.5:1.149727million tons of SO2,853208tons of NOx,3.534454million tons of CO,514645tons of VOC, NH3,879677tons.757135tons of PM10and312402tons of PM2.5For the main source of air pollution in Sichuan Province to establish a corresponding discharge time distribution spectrum of sources. Combined with the GIS system, the thesis gets the distribution of main pollutant emissions at the county level in Sichuan Province. The anthropogenic sources of air pollutants in Sichuan, the state-level emission inventory of artificial source of air pollution in Sichuan the research developed were compared with the first national pollution census data.in addition, also by Spearman rank correlation coefficient method to calculate the correlation relations between the two lists. Moreover, compares the results of calculated emission inventory of SO2, NOx and CO with environmental statistics bulletin, pollution source census and statistical yearbook data, and determine that list has higher accuracy.
