With the development of science and technology,people have become increasingly demanding of fabric.In various industries like aerospace industry, windmill blade, transportation, architectonics, athletic, leisure products, sound equipment, auto part, infrastructure, sports goods and industrial applications have a high demand for composite materials,and the composite materials with fabric as its skeleton can meet the requirements, because of their many advantages, such as thin walled, lightweight, the properties of isotropy, high toughness, impact resistance, morphological stability and so on. The need of the society is technology motivation. Textile industry is not satisfied with the traditional fabrics,to develop the Multiaxial Fabrics,such as triaxial fabric and tetr-axial fabric.The Multiaxial Fabrics technology began in the late1970s.Recently, the Multiaxial Fabrics technology has developed rapidly in the United States,France,Japan,Italy and other developed countries.This technology has been applied to various materials and various structures,but in China is still in the basic research of the stage, Predecessors have developed a tetr-axial weaving device, but the simple mechanism can weave several kinds of fabric structure.Both at home and abroad,people have studied the weaving technology of the tetr-axial fabric and its performance, but there has not been any research on the basic structure and the fabric structure of the tetr-axial fabric. So this paper mainly discusses these aspects. Traditional fabric woven by warp and weft, two yarns can be woven into many of the basic organization, such as plain, twill and satin weave. The tetr-axial fabric is composed of four sets of yarns.four yarns woven into the basic structure,then the basic structure woven into a vrious of fabrics. In this paper, first analyzes the basic structure of the tetr-axial fabric and classification according to the structural characteristics, and then analyzes of the formation of the basic organization, According to the analysis of the basic structure and the tetr-axial weaving device, this paper chose some universal basic strueture of the tetr-axial fabric, analysis weaving convenience of each structure. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the basic structure, reconstruct the original weaving device to produce the basic structure and fabric structure.The results show that, based on the principle of forming the basic structure of tetr-axial fabric and the yarn interwoven circumstances, there are64basic structure of the tetr-axial fabric, according to the basic structure of the different type, there are9basic fabric structure of tetr-axial fabric. After a series of explorations and practice of weaving, it can weave production that accords with the requirement of the the principle of forming the basic structure. Weaving practice proved the conclusion of this paper is basically correct. |
