Antistatic agent is an essential additives in synthetic fiber’s spinning oil. With the development of the spinning speed of the synthetic fiber and more attention is paid to the environmental spinning oil, the antistatic agent which has good antistatic property and is environment-friendly has becoming more and more popular. Due to its higher hydrophily, good high temperature resistance, and excellent antistatic property, phosphate antistatic agents is becoming the focus of the study of antistatic agent. This is also a new tendency in spinning finish research field in the near future.In this thesis, phosphate is synthesized by esterification, with P2O5as phosPhorylating reagent, with alcohols and polyoxyethylene as the esterification reagent. In order to achieve the good application effect. The process of the synthesis of phosphate antistatic agent is optimized from the ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of water in the hydrolysis process, the hydrolysis time, and antistatic properties of the antistatic agent is preferably multiplexed with other agent.Synthesis of fatty alcohol with phosphorus pentoxide titration analysis phosphate antistatic agent, and its conductivity is measured in aqueous solution, fatty alcohols esterified phosphorus pentoxide molar reagent feed ratio of3.5:1, the reaction temperature of70℃-75℃, the reaction time is4h, the hydrolysis process, the water is added in an amount of4%-6%phosphorus pentoxide, and an amount of an esterification agent, the hydrolysis time is2h-2.5h, this time with an aqueous solution of a phosphate best conductivity.The polyethenoxy ether(AEO-9) is titrated with phosphoric pentoxide antistatic agent synthetic analysis and measuring the conductivity measurement solution, the polyethenoxy ethers the molar feed ratio of phosphorus pentoxide is3:1, the reaction temperature is75℃, the reaction time is4h, during the hydrolysis process, water is added in an amount of4%of oxygen and the total amount of phosphorus pentoxide vinyl ether polymerization, hydrolysis time of2h, an aqueous solution of a phosphate at this time has the best conductivity.
