Studies On Characterization And Synthesis Of Fatty Amine Polyoxyethylene Ethers Antistatic Agents By SO4~(2-)/ZrO2 Superacid Catalyst | Posted on:2007-08-02 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:L H Dong | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2121360185487051 | Subject:Applied Chemistry | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | SO42-/ZrO2 solid superacid catalyst was prepared in different concentrations and different calcination temperatures. The surface acidity of SO42-/ZrO2 superacid catalyst was determined by FT-IR, DSC and XRD. The following information attained. When calcination temperature was not very high, there were not only lewis acidic sites but also Bronsted acidic sites on the surface of catalysts. With the calcination temperature getting high, the Bronsted acidic sites increased. Both H2SO4 concentration and calcination temperature are important influence factors for the acidity distribution of catalyst. When H2SO4 was 1mol·dm-3 or calcination temperature was 550℃, the stronger acidic sites on the catalytic surface were the most abundance. The stability of active sites on ZrO2 was in the following order: amorphous ZrO2>tetragonal ZrO2>monoclinic ZrO2.A plastics-use non-ionic antistatic agent was synthesized from lurylamine / n-octadecy amine and ethylene oxide. The effect of the kind and the dosage of...
