Aviation fuels and refined oils generate a large amount of electrostatic charges due to friction during transportation,storage,shipment and unloading.When the static charge is accumulated to a certain amount,electric sparks will be generated,causing accidents such as fire and explosion.The measures to prevent and control the electrostatic disaster of refined oil is to reduce the accumulation of electrostatic charge.Adding oil antistatic agent to increase the conductivity of oil is one of the main methods to eliminate the static electricity of oil products.Based on the principle of polymer copolymerization,this study uses segment modification techniques to introduce larger hydrophobically modified groups into water-soluble quaternary ammonium monomer molecules,resulting in the ability to maintain both the antistatic properties of quaternary ammonium salt groups and Oil-soluble hydrophobic polymer.The evaluation according to GB/T12582-90 has reached the requirements of GB6950-2001,GB13348-2009 and Sinopec Group Q/SHCG 58-2013,and it is initially confirmed that the prepared polymer has the performance of refined oil antistatic agent.The main work is as follows:(1)Methacryloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride(DMC)and tetradecyl acrylate(TA)were used as monomers.A novel polyquaternium oil antistatic agent was prepared by mixed solvent polymerization.The effects of solvent composition,monomer ratio,initiator dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the antistatic properties of the polymer product were investigated.The optimum process conditions were determined by response surface analysis.The results showed that heavy aromatics was used as the reaction solvent,the monomer ratio nDMC andn nTA was 1:6,the initiator dosage was 0.8%,the reaction temperature was 75?,and the reaction timewas 6h.When the amount of product added under this condition was 2 mg/L,the conductivity of the standard base oil increased to 498 ps/m,and it was stored stably for 7 days.The conductivity of the standard base oil increased to 631 ps/m.The molecular weight of the polymer tested by gel permeation chromatography was about 11,000;infrared spectroscopy showed no obvious carbon-carbon double bond stretching vibration in the molecule.(2)A method was established for the determination of methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)using high performance liquid chromatography.An acclaimTM Surfactant Plus column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5 ?m)and UV detector were be used.The mobile phase was 0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile(pH 5.00,adjusted with acetic acid),the detector on wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30?.Under the experimental conditions,a good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the mass concentration of DMC in the range of 50-250 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9994.The recoveries of DMC at different spiked levels were 91.3%-108.4%and the relative standard deviations were 0.25%-0.34%.The detection limit of the method was 0.05050 mg/L.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,stable and suitable for the determination of DMC in scientific research.(3)A method was established for the determination of Tetradecyl acrylate(TA)using high performance liquid chromatography.An AcclaimTM PolarA dvantage ? C18(4.6 mm×250 mm×5 ?m)and UV detector were be used.The mobile phase was Methanol-acetonitrile,the detector on wavelength was set at 208 nm and the column temperature was 30 ?.Under the experimental conditions,a good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the mass concentration of TA in the range of 100-500 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The recoveries of TA at different spiked levels were 93.3%-102.6%and the relative standard deviations were 0.21%-0.36%.The detection limit of the method was 0.1045mg/L.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,stable and suitable for the determination of TA in scientific research.
