At the present stage, with the level of manufacturing technology improvement, research on precision, ultra-precision issues of concern. Grinding as an ultra precision technology in actual processing also has very important position.If using the bending and forming method of high speed lapping paraboloid of parts, problems during machining is abrasive wear is not uniform would lead to the tool often repair and adjustment, the paper first elaborated the purpose and content of the research and development status of grinding, molding, to "identify" lapping paraboloid workpiece profile for core bending through research, master high-speed grinding principle, establish the parabola form, mathematical model of lapping tool bended mechanics problems, and the abrasive bending force of detailed analysis, coefficient of pressure distribution structure parameters and the corresponding to the tool to transform, to achieve uniform abrasion of the lapping tool and workpiece grinding to ensure the contact pressure is uniform distribution. At the same time in the design tools should be considered when the design principle, the abrasive material selection, tool design and production process of research, and the method for the detection of abrasives, methods of workpiece profile the experimentally obtained certain is correct. According to the theory of tool making, bending and forming method of high speed grinding parabolic, reduce abrasive wear and reduce the tool repair and adjustment, improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
