| With the development of improving the processing precision on modern industry, the common guideway can not meet the requirements of modern machining centers to high-speed, large-scale, high-precision. Because the hydrostatic guideway is completely liquid lubricated, which has the advantage of low friction resistance, long service life, no crawling at a low-speed movement and high bearing ability, the hydrostatic guideway are more and more used in the machinery with high accuracy.The hydrostatic guideway designed in this paper is used on Precision CNC Lathe, according to the given working conditions, which requires large bearing capacity and moving stiffness to the hydrostatic guideway, so it must be equipped with the contraposition oil chambers of different area and closed-cycle structure for hydrostatic guideway.Using a constant pressure oil supply, and selecting the membrane restrictor, choosing the appropriate structural parameter, which can meet the requirement of infinite stiffness.This paper analyzes the characteristics of hydrostatic guideway in theory, the relationship formations of slider offset with carrying capacity and guideway flux of the contraposition oil chambers, and the relationship curves are protracted by data-fitting. Besides, it is detailed analysis of the interaction relationship among the load, slider offset and the film throttling deformation of the membrane restrictor, and hence more clearly understand the working principle of hydrostatic guideway system.Then, the mathematic modeling and boundary conditions of the hydrostatic guideway are built in the hydrokinetic simulation software GAMBIT preprocessor, and import the model to FLUENT software making simulation analysis and the post-processing, that can draw the internal oil film pressure distribution contours,oil film pressure filed graph,oil film velocity vector diagram and oil film temperature filed graph.Because of the heat transfer between flow and solid, by using the software ANSYS, the finite element model of the guideway is built, and considering the working environment, the sliding guideway model is analyzed by using heat structure coupling analysis, the temperature filed and the thermal deformation of the guideway is obtained by numerical simulation.The design methods and the results of this paper provide important reference and theoretical value for the new hydrostatic guideway of the fields such as high speed and high precision. Using the simulation software can reduce the experimental period and the cost, and it has some reference value to the practical project. |
