Develop And Research On Key Technology Of NC Carpet Sampling Machine

In recent years, the carpet industry has a rapid development. The carpet products need to renewal design rapidly. The carpet processing development tends to be multi-species, small quantities, and short-period. When the carpet designers finish their design, they need to make a sample for the client. Only after got the confirmation from the client did the factory put the carpet into batch production.The traditional carpet sampling machine needs plenty time and inefficiency. Its cost plenty waste of labor and yarn material. At present, the domestic carpet sampling mainly depends on the introduction of foreign expensive carpet proofing equipment. Based on development of carpet manufacture technology and the needs for the carpet sampling technique, this paper designed an new carpet sampling machine. The main contents of this paper are as follow:(1) According to functional requirements of NC carpet sampling machine, this paper puts forward carpet sampling process. On the basis of process,this paper designs mechanical structure of sampling machine and does research on simulation analysis.(2) Completed the control system development which includes PC system and lower machine.PC system software is developed based on Visual Basic6.0and lower machine design consists of control method design.pneumatic system design,sensor detection system etc.(3) According to requirements of carpet graphic design workers,this paper puts forward image enhancement technology based on fuzzy carpet RGB color images and puts forward image edge detection technology. Besides this paper completes the work about corresponding algorithm and GUI design based on Matlab.(4) Complete installation, commissioning work and optimize the local design of physical prototype.
