The Design Of Control System For NC Carpet Sampling Machine

In recent years, the carpet industry has a rapid development. The carpet processing development tends to be multi-species, small quantities, and short-period. The carpet manufacturers needs to renewal design rapidly. When the carpet designers finish their design, they need to make a sample for the client. Only after got the confirmation from the client did the factory put the carpet into the mass production. The traditional carpet sampling machine needs plenty time and inefficiency. Its cost plenty waste of labor and yarn material. At present, the domestic carpet sampling mainly depends on the introduction of foreign expensive carpet proofing equipment. Based on the carpet sampling technology at home and abroad, this paper designed a control system for the new carpet sampling machine. The main contents of this paper are as follow:(1)By analyze the development of domestic and international carpet industry and the needs of the carpet sampling machine. This paper elaborated the research significance of carpet sampling machine. And proposed NC control scheme of the carpet sampling machine based on the mechanism structure(2) This paper designed the composition of the up and down a machine. The upper machine is programming by VB6.0. The upper machine realized graphic data processing, parameter setting, operation monitoring. The upper machine communicates with the down machine through Ethernet. Lower machine is a multi-motor control system based on motion control. Lower software realized the data receiving, storage and sends, made the number of motor work coordinately.(3) Through the mechanical design and analysis of the mechanical structures, this paper designed movement sequence of the carpet sampling machine, and designed the sequence adjustment method.(4)This paper designed the electrical system and sensor system of the machine. At the end of paper, presented the method for improve system reliability, debugged the software and hardware of the system. Compared with the traditional caipet sampling, this carpet sampling machine can improve the machining efficiency and reduce processing cost.
