With the rapid development of the carpet industry, the demand of carpet also increasingly diversified. Carpet jacquard technology is a kind of important means to enrich the types of carpet and promote its quality, therefore the study of carpet jacquard technology is very important. This article takes LCL tufting looms as the research object, study the motion sequential, response time and their relationship of the LCL tufting looms jacquard control system. The LCL tufting looms jacquard control system including jacquard mechanism system and electric control system. This paper gives targeted research on motion sequential, dynamic problems and the network delay problems. The main contents are as follows.Firstly, this paper puts forward the overall scheme of the LCL jacquard control system, build the electric control system based on FPGA, achieved the single needle control of 4 m width and 1/8 inch length, completed the design of the actuators moving parts of jacquard system. The overall design provides the parameters for the detailed study of subsequent chapters.Secondly, draw lessons from high cut low loop tufting process mechanism of the tufting looms, obtaining the timing relationships between LCL tufting needles, knitting hook by ADAMS. Put forward the design requirements of reed timing according to LCL jacquard technology, get reeds sequential, thus get the complete timing of the LCL knitting process.Thirdly, establish reed motion mathematical model under the action of small cylinder based on aerodynamic theory and kinematics equation. And making the dynamics simulation analysis of the actuator mathematical model by SIMULINK. The results show the limit time of the reed stretched out is 0.014 s, the back time of the reed is 0.016 s. Simplify the frictional force caused by jacquard actuator components mechanical processing, mechanical installation, and then make the simulation.Finally, make the software simulation of the electrical control system based on FPGA. Make the USB and SDRAM data transfer module waveform simulation of the electronic control system, and make post simulation for the electronic control system. Results show that work timing delay of the electric control system does not affect the reeds.
