With the rapid development of social economy,paper as the carrier to record the progress of the times,the demand was multiplied.Currently,the small and medium-sized printing enterprises in china mostly used the single-sides printing machine that have low cost and low failure rate,as the single-sides printing machine only could print one side,then turned the single-sides paper over and reversed the printing,so to improve the turnover efficiency have become one important aspect for printing industry.Paper-pile upender as the printing auxiliary equipment,should turn the paper over in bulk,not only can improve production efficiency and quality,prolong the service life of printing press,but also improve the management process,save a lot of manpower and material resources.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and research the paper-pile upender.In this paper,the main research contents are as follows:According to the functional requirement of the paper-pile upender,the design scheme was determined and the whole structure was designed.Clear flip mode,operating principle,the appropriate power control system was selected.Through the SolidWorks software to establish the three-dimensional model of paper-pile upender,the design and calculation of the components and the transmission system of the machine were carried out by using the mechanics theory and the related theory.Based on the established three-dimensional structure model,with the simulation function of SolidWorks software,the static analysis of the key components was carried out to obtain the stress and displacement distribution nephogram.For the problem of insufficient strength of the parts in the simulation,the iterative method was used to track the trend of the results,to approach the accurate results,and to optimize the design of the structure.The complex vector method was used to establish the kinematics equation of the paper-pile upender.The dynamic equilibrium equation of paper-pile upender was constructed by using Newton Euler method.The kinematics and dynamics equations were solved numerically by MATLAB software,and the variation laws of velocity,acceleration and force were obtained.Through the motion function of SolidWorks software,the kinematics and dynamics of paper-pile upender were simulated and compared with the results of theoretical analysis,which proved the reasonablility of the structure design of paper-pile upender.The modal analysis theory was introduced,through the modal analysis of the key parts by SolidWorks,the five order modal shapes were obtained,and the corresponding measures were taken to avoid the dangerous frequency to avoid the resonance.The paper made a prototype of paper-pile upender,studied the processing technology and the welding method of the paper-pile upender,and recorded the working data of the prototype and calculated the return on earnings,prospected the future trend of paper-pile upender,provided theoretical guidance and technical support for the design and manufacture of the turnover machine.
