| Along with the development of regional economy and the transition of the urbanization, industrialization, the quality of atmospheric environment from day to day. Atmospheric environmental quality directly decides the process of ecological civilization in China, people living environment is good or bad. Every living person, so air is not clean air, humans will not be able to survive, let alone how to happiness. Atmospheric environmental quality directly affect the people’s living environment and the development of social economy.Based on the monitoring data of the environmental and air quality in Chaoyang City and employing the combined methods of Qualitative analysis pollution in Chaoyang, This paper analyzes the current situation of atmospheric environmental quality in Chaoyang City and points out the main pollutants that cause air pollution in Chaoyang as well as the root cause of pollution. Meanwhile, according to Temporal and spatial variation features of atmospheric pollution and the advanced experience learnt from home and abroad about improving atmospheric environment and controlling air pollution as well as the actual situation in Chaoyang City, some technical, economic, supervisory and legal countermeasures are also put forward to solve the problem of air pollution from the source.Firstly, through the analysis of the atmospheric environmental quality data in recent5years, characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants and the changing trend of atmospheric environment in Chaoyang are known to us.Secondly, through the research of natural and social environment in Chaoyang, we know that atmospheric pollution management in Chaoyang has the objective factor of natural environment as well as human factors, such as the city planning of functional area being unreasonable, lack of regional laws and regulations, lack of awareness of environmental protection and so on.Finally, in view of the present situation of atmospheric environmental management in Chaoyang, some technical, economic, supervisory and legal Control objectives and Countermeasures of air pollution are put forward. |
