| With the rapid development of technical education in China, the technical education is seeking to expand the scale of development to the connotation development. Technical education teaching mode, the original has not adapted to the modern occupation education, national technical schools are teaching reform; Guangdong is the technical education of the province, is the province of technical education, how to improve the quality of education, how to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, using advanced teaching methods to make our teaching more effective, is a technical school attention the problem.A lot of vestibule school have been carrying out experimental research on the mode of instruction and have started to introduce p roject-based teaching into our education system since methods of pr oject teaching is a relatively more advanced and developed mode of teaching. However, more research are needed to explore and impro ve the current mode as we are still at an early stage. This paper d escribes the application of project-based teaching in the course of t he Failure Diagnosis and Maintenance of CNC machine tool in Gua ngdong Industrial Vestibule School. The target of the teaching cours e is class number1131which consists of30students. There are se veral main objectives in this paper listed as below.1.By reading a lot of documents and data query, the teaching met hod and the project teaching method to carry on the analysis, throug h market research, research on the competency model of the CNC m achine tool assembly and repair work, the CNC machine assembly an d repair professional teaching objectives.2. the research on the curriculum system construction of Assem bly and Maintenance of CNC machine tool professional, Instruction study on the Failure Diagnosis and Maintenance of CNC machine tool, we carried out the study on how to teach this course with the selected method of instruction. Based on the outline of the course, together with the characteristics of the students in vestibule school, we discussion implement project-based teaching as the method to t he teaching of this course curriculum strategies3.In Guangdong Province industrial senior technical school1131cl asses of project teaching practice, completed the project teaching meth od in the teaching of specific implementation plan.This project involves teaching, learning, and practicing, with e mphasis on the development of the students’ability on professional s kills, innovative ideas and team spirit. The project helps to improve the quality of education and training of high-skilled workers, thus contributing to the goal of training qualified technical workers in ve stibule school. Therefore, promoting project-based teaching in vestib ule schools is not only applicable, but is also proved to be effectiv e. Broader implementation of this method of instruction should be c onsidered in vestibule schools. |
