On the basis of this, integratedtechnology of membrane to purify leach liquor of carya cathayensis sarg peels wereemployed with the methods of microfiltration, ultrafiltration and reverseosmosis, and thenspray drying. In the last, the product of tannin was used to dye the wool fiber. The cortexcharacteristics and cuticular layer characteristics of wool fiber were analized by SanningElectron Microscope(SEM)before and after dyed by tannin. The main results wereshown as follows:1. Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the extraction conditionof tannins from carga cathayensis sarg peels treated with water. On the basis of one-factor-at-a-time experiments, a four-factor, three-level quadratic general rotary unitization designwas employed to establish a quadratic polynomial mathematical model that describesextracting rate as a function of four process conditions, and the established model wasanalyzed by drawing response surface and contour plots. The optimal extraction conditionswere: extraction time95min, temperature65℃, liquid ratio1:16and meshsize50. Underthese conditions, the tannin yield ratio was23.49mg/g and the purity was80.3%.2. Leach liquor of carga cathayensis sarg peels were filtrated by inorganic ceramicmembrane and polysulfone hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes, the effectivecomponent was enriched and the un-wanted larg molecules were removed in this method. The optimum operation were also determined in these experiments, such as the inorganicceramic membrane pore diameter, the average intercept molecular weight of polysulfonehollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes. The result showed that the purity of tannins fromcarga cathayensis sarg peels can reach80.3%3. Compared with HPLC chromatogram of the product of tannin of carga cathayensissarg peels and HPLC chromatogram of leach liquor of carga cathayensis sarg peels, analyse the effect of spray drying method. The result showed that spray drying is aneffective method for tannins from carga cathayensis sarg peels. A HPLC determination oftannin was established. Tannins were separated very well on Angilent TC-C18colum byuse of Acetic acid:water (2:98) and Acetonitrile as mobile phase, inject5μLunder thedetection wavelength of280nm and the flow rate of0.8mL/min. 4. The wool fiber was pretreated by Fenton’s reagent and dyed by the dye liquor. Theingredients of the dye liquor were: tannin from carga cathayensis sarg peels10g/L, ferricsulfate as the mordant1g/L, dye liquor pH4.0, liquid ratio1:100. The cortex characteristicsand cuticular layer characteristics of wool fiber were analized by Sanning ElectronMicroscope(SEM)before and after dyed by the dye liquor. The results of dyeingshowed that the wool was dyed deep black by the interreaction of tannin and ferric sulfate. The results of SEM showed that the deep black pigment could penetrate into the corticallayer of wool fiber effectively, but the epidermal layer and medulla of wool fiber were notdamaged by tannin. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | carga cathayensis sarg peels, tannin, extraction, membrane, wool, dyeing | | Related items |
