| The period of the republic of China is regarded as am important period in Chinese costume history,.The old rule has been ruined through the revolution,and China has been involved by Western culture during the war A variety of culture, social ideology and reform gathered here, which influenced the costume popular. With the comprehensive comparison of change and development of Beijing style and Shanghai style culture,we get to know there are two different City culture in China,which formed two different costume popular phenomenon.In this paper, I analyzed the motivation and characteristics of popular phenomenon, and how the regional cultural acting during the period of the republic of China,in order to explain how the city culture influence costume popular phenomenon in one historic period. |
