Evaluation System’s Research On Textile Fiber Material Ecological Recycling

From fiber production to textile, clothing production and processing，each process willtextile generate waste. And the re-use processing as the same as in the processing of newproducts into using, it need energy consumption and emit some harmful substances toatmosphere, water, and soil. Therefore, in the textile processing, the cost of recycle the textilefiber will possibility expensive than use raw material, and also emit surrounding environmentmore many harmful substances. We will evaluate textile fiber material recycling, in order toidentify the textile fiber material recycling and choose reasonable manner.Textile fiber material recycling refers to waste fiber material re-processed into use.Waste textile fibers materials recycled including two major parts, one is waste fiber turn intorecycled fiber, and the other is the use of recycled fiber process. This study is the first part ofthe textile fiber material used for re-processing into recycled fiber process. If waste fibermaterials return to fiber state, they must be removed through finishing agent, decolorizing,opening into a single fiber processing technology.This article evaluate the recycling of renewable fiber feasibility from the economic cost,the key factor is the treatment methods, reuse direction, and its economic costs. Textile fibermaterial recycling economic cost, mainly through analysis the cost of new textile fibermaterials prices and the price of recycled fiber, of which the price of recycled fiber is therecovery of the prices of textile fibers combined with the recycling processing costs.In this paper, we research mainly on wool fiber and polyester fiber, turn evaluationsystem into the form of database, J2EE as the chain by connecting a platform to access thesoftware forms.This study conclude the following conclusions:(1) This study build evaluation systems of recycled textile fibers materials and the economiccosts as the main evaluation criteria.(2) Evaluation system of recycled fiber material made into the SQL database, and J2EE as thechain by connecting a platform to access the software forms. (3) In this paper, wool and polyester as example, applied to the evaluation system.
