Our country has issued "Resource Comprehensive Utilization" as one of the national strategic policies to transform the economic growth pattern, which means to save the non-renewable resource while increasing the resources utilization efficiency. In the past few decades, our economic has grown rapidly, accompanied large amounts of "wastes" having been generated from industry, farming and domestic living all of which have formed overburdening on environment. Nearly one billion ton. Cellulosic wastes are made from agriculture and forest (wood dregs, wood shavings, straw etc.) while43million ton. FGD gypsum (A by-product produced by Flue Gas Desulfurization scrubbing system that uses a limestone slurry to react with federally regulated sulfur gas emission)are being generated annually at present. Looking for large-volume uses of these "wastes" are of momentous current significance. In order to contribute to it, this thesis aims at studying on the preparation and application of bamboo fibers in dry-mixed mortar made of industrial by-products, of which the main works are as follow:(1) has made bamboo fibers from the bamboo plant and discussed the procedures of preparations. Laboratory testing has analyzed the bamboo fibers’properties.(2) has optimized the mass ratio of gypsum-based cementing composite materials. The results show that the composite materials with mass ratio by FGD gypsum: slag=3:2:have(28d)3.2PMa in tensile strength,27MPa in compressive strength, and0.78in soften-coefficient.(3) Laboratory testing has analyzed the effects additions produce on the gypsum-based composition materials. The experiments shows plasticizer mainly increased porosity with the ratio of compressive strength to tensile strength decreased; Thickener contributed to the hydration,0.5%of which shows high physical property. Setting accelerator has good work on the early strength (3d、7d), nevertheless it seams have not obviously work on28d strength. Early strength accelerator is good at shrinking the setting time。(4) has produced gypsum based cementing anti-crack mortar and cement-based anti-crack mortar both of which are added in bamboo fibers. Has investigated the effect bamboo fibers have on the two mortars in different fraction. It is indicated that mortars with lower thanl%bamboo fibers have better physical properties and crack resistance.
