With the continuous progress of the society and the construction industry,conventional concrete has been unable to meet or adapt to the special requirements of existing projects and new construction materials.Such as Pile Foundation,Bridge Piers,Pond,Seaport Engineering and marine engineering require concrete materials to have good durability(mainly Cracking Resistance and Impermeability)and the construction of operability.In view of this situation,combined with the application of crack permeability composite materials,this article relying on the establishment of the project by the China Academy of Building Research to formulate the“Standard for Anti-crack and anti-permeability composite materials used for concrete"and the"Technical Specification for application of Anti-crack and anti-permeability composite materials used for concrete".The main research objects of DW-n Anti-crack and anti-permeability composite materials of Nantong Bu'er Environmental Technology Co.Ltd.are focused on cracking resistance and Impermeability in concrete.The material is environmentally friendly and low in consumption,convenient for construction,and has the characteristics of moderate setting time,small addition amount,good anti-crack impermeability,good frost resistance,and strong sulfate resistance,applicable to projects with anti-crack and anti-permeability requirements.Which can provide reference for the research and application of Anti-crack and anti-permeability composite materials.This article first tested some of the properties of raw materials used in the concrete,the raw materials that meet the existing standards are selected and the reinforcement mechanism of the two components in the composite material is studied through the mortar test.Combined with the results of the mortar test,select a group of powder to fiber ratio,using the benchmark cement to preliminarily study the mixture performance,mechanical properties,and some durability of the crack-resistant impervious composites.At the same time,choose HEA expansion agent with anti-cracking and anti-permeability functions and water repellent JX-1 and DW-n were used for concrete contrast test.The results show that DW-n has no influence on the performance of concrete mix,and can improves the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete,the compressive strength is notless than 95% of the benchmark concrete.In terms of durability:The cracking resistance improves best,and it's crack resistance grade can get L-IV.it is also ideal for improving the impermeability of concrete,frost resistant grade of F350.compared to HEA and JX-1,DW-n has the best effect on improving the early cracking resistance of concrete.and the impermeability is also superior to HEA expansion agent.The Benchmark concrete and HEA expansion agent were selected for comparison in experimental study on DW-n Composites in Normal Concrete,The results show that DW-n has a certain influence on the fluidity of concrete,but it can meet the pumping construction requirements,and slightly improve the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength,28 d compressive strength is not less than 90% of the benchmark concrete,meet the strength requirements;compared with the benchmark concrete,the rate of early cracking reduction in per unit area is above 80%,impermeability increased by more than 30%;and The resistance to sulphate erosion,frost resistance and carbonation resistance are also superior to those of the benchmark concrete and HEA-expanded concrete.In this paper,through research on Anti-crack and anti-permeability composite materials,some technical indicators that can be controlled in practical applications are extracted for the reference of two standards,I also hope this paper will be helpful for Anti-crack and anti-permeability composite materials in future applications.
