Study On The Development And Utilization Of Changhua Stone Mountain Area In Ling’an City

Our study emphasizes mainly on how to improve the exploitation and use of the Changhua stone, strengthen the planning guidance and make the incentive policies. So as to standardize its tax policy, build up a proper platform for the industrial base and enhance environmental protection. We make every effort to search and overcome the limits of essential resources, optimize the institutional and market condition for sustainable development of Changhua stone and finally further heighten the confidence as well as determination for all of these development enterprises.Based on the sustainable theories and most optimum distribution of resources, this study has been conducted by the methods of theoretical analysis combined with on-the-spot investigation and systematical analysis, which is from the achievement made in the exploitation and use of the Changhua stone together with advanced utilization logos for other national stones, and then the study start.Further analyzed the significance of study on the Changhua stone’s exploitation by hackling the cultural and commercial value and the development of the place in history.and summarized the main problems exist in the exploitation of Changhua stone by the questionnaires from the stone grower, and companies, combined with information from some industry veterans, for instance, the resource management system is unstandardized and unscientific; the product is not various; insufficiency of innovations in products; the self-discipline organization is hysteretic; the industry scale is small; the leading enterprise is deficient; and we also have a shortage of talented people.At last, depended on the problems analysis of causes in the exploitation of the Changhua stone, learned from the experience of other national stones at home and abroad, combining with the situation of Lin’an city, the paper give some workable suggestions on how to develop the precious stones which come down to conservation of resources, brand establishment,publicize of culture as well as the influence to the standard of stone growers’living.
