Study On EIA On Project Of Honggang Oil Extraction Plant

The comprehensive environmental impact assessment study on61and27block construction project of Honggang Oil Extraction Plant have been elaborated in this dissertation. According to engineering analysis, the impact of the pollutant on surrounding environment in this project were predicted, and the reasonable control measures were put forward.According to the characteristics of field development and the geological conditions this project location, the impact of oil development project on groundwater, surface water, ambient air, the sound of the environment and ecological environment were predicated and evaluated. Based on the evaluation results, the reasonable control measures were put forward, specific measures were proposed especially for dealing with oily sludge. So that the influence of the construction project on ecological environment could be minimized. We handled the oil processing plant sludge by the method of sludge separating.After the separation,the upper layer was crude oil,the middle was water and the lower was the mud,at the same time these parpted sludge was loaded into mixer with pulverize dcoal and amount of adhesives to stiring.Then briquette was made by the briquette machine.Thus we can not only achieve environmental protecting result,but also waste recycling.The quality of Nen River and other surface water could be protected from pollution, water features would not be affected, the surrounding ecological resources and agro-ecological environment could be protected from pollution.
