| With raw coal of Shandong Wangzhuang and Gansu high sulfur coal asexperimental samples, the high gradient magnetic desulfurizing and deashingexperiment of the coal is done with Slon-100period type pulsating high magneticseparator.with a supplement of XFD single slot type flotation machine, the coarse coalafter magnetic separation is used to desulfurization and deashing.This test is given priority to magnetic separation; flotation is complementary as theprinciple of integrated magnetic–flotation process.In the magnetic experiment ofWangzhuang coal, with Slon-100high gradient magnetic separator, magnetic fluxdensity and magnetic medium in various conditions of single factor test,meanwhile,pulse, the magnetic flux density and grain size of three factors, four levelsorthogonal test were determined. Basically determines desulfurization and deashing ofthe coal fines in best conditions of magnetic separation condition test and orthogonaltest, through on the contrast of the effect influence degree in best conditions betweenmagnetic separation condition test and orthogonal test, finally selecting the cleaned coalin this condition to make plant for flotation. In the magnetic experiment of Gansu highsulphur coal, Firstly using Slon-100high gradient magnetic separator for condition testin Gansu high sulfur coal, secondly selecting the best conditions for the flotationcondition test. In Wangzhuang coal single magnetic separation, when80.94%of heatquantity is recovered, the desulfurization rate, deliming rate and pyrite sulfur removalrate reached51.86%,43.36%and43.36%, respectively; in the magnetic-floatingprocess, when76.29%of heat quantity is recovered, the desulfurization rate, delimingrate and pyrite sulfur removal rate reached57.73%,58.52%and84.56%. In Gansu highsulphur coal single magnetic separation, when94.95%of heat quantity is recovered, thedesulfurization rate, deliming rate and pyrite sulfur removal rate were11.81%,11.81%and22.98﹪. When85.25%of heat quantity is recovered, the desulfurization rate,deliming rate and pyrite sulfur removal rate reached31.42%,44.59%and57.31%.The organic sulfur of Wangzhuang raw coal and Gansu high sulfur coal is as highas44﹪and61﹪respectively, high organic sulfur in raw coal limits the effect of magnetic separation and flotation desulfurization, using magnetic-floating process, thesulfur of cleaned coal were1.28﹪and1.11﹪, ash fell to8.14﹪and7.76﹪.Thisshows that the use of Slon-100high gradient magnetic separator for pulverized coalmagnetic separation desulfurization is technically feasible; combining the deashing offlotation with XFD single groove type flotation machine, making the coal powderbasically can achieve ideal effect of desulfurization and deashing. The experimental notonly research results provides a feasible technical scheme for mine production, but alsoprovide the technical reference for desulfuration before coal burning. |
