| Iron,gold and silver,as important metal resources in my country,are widely used in all aspects of national economic production and construction.With the development of minerals,rich ores and easy beneficiation are decreasing day by day,and poor and miscellaneous resources are increasing.Therefore,to carry out research on "poor and miscellaneous" minerals and to strengthen the comprehensive utilization of resources is an important direction for my country’s mineral development.Beiya sulfide ore is a copper-iron-sulfur-gold-silver polymetallic ore,which adopts the principle of flotation of copper-sulfur,iron separation,and leaching to recover gold and silver.The tailings after flotation of sulfides contain valuable elements such as iron,gold and silver.,This paper conducts beneficiation research on the flotation tailings of Beiya sulfide ore to improve the recovery rate of iron,gold and silver and the grade of iron concentrate,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The flotation tailings of Beiya sulfide ore contain TFe 20.42%,m Fe 8.73%,Au0.22g/t,Ag 2.58g/t.Among them,siderite and magnetite account for 16.35% and 12.49%respectively,which are the main iron-bearing minerals;quartz accounts for 25.68%,which is the main gangue mineral;followed by feldspar and kaolinite.The analysis of the occurrence state shows that the magnetic iron accounts for 42.75%,the gold in the magnetic iron minerals accounts for 61.82%,and the occurrence state of silver is relatively scattered.The content of magnetic iron and iron carbonate in the original ore is relatively high,which are the main forms of iron;the distribution of gold is relatively concentrated,and mostly distributed in magnetic iron minerals;the distribution of silver is relatively scattered.The cleavage degrees of magnetite and siderite are 89.88% and81.74%,respectively.The raw ore is subjected to weak magnetic roughing-strong magnetic sweeping separation,and it can be obtained that the raw ore rate is 15.07%,the Fe grade is 56.65%,the Au grade is 0.83g/t,the Ag grade is 3.26g/t,and the Fe recovery rate for the raw ore is 41.81%,Weak magnetite rough concentrate with Au recovery rate of 56.86%,Ag recovery rate of 19.04% and raw ore rate of 6.79%,Fe grade of 26.29%,Au grade of0.33g/t,Ag grade of 4.63g/t,and raw ore Fe grade of 26.29% The strong magnetic rough concentrate with a recovery rate of 8.74%,Au recovery rate of 10.19% and Ag recovery rate of 12.19% has achieved effective enrichment of iron,gold and silver.Weak magnetite coarse concentrate is ground to-0.038 mm,accounting for 90.7%,Na CN 3kg/t feed,concentration is 25%,p H value is 11,leaching time is 36 h,stirring speed is 800 rpm under the test conditions,Au,Ag slag meter work leaching The rates were 74.10% and 47.79%,respectively.The fineness of the coarse concentrate by strong magnetic scanning is-0.038 mm,accounting for 53.50%(without grinding).Other conditions are consistent with the leaching test of weak magnet coarse concentrate.The leaching rates of Au and Ag slag are 72.12% and 40.65% respectively.The weak magnetite rough concentrate was ground to-0.038 mm 90.7% and mixed with the strong magnetite rough concentrate without grinding.The leaching rates of Au and Ag were75.51% and 47.73% respectively.The rates were 50.62% and 14.79% respectively.After the leaching slag mixed with weak magnetite rough concentrate and strong magnetite rough concentrate is separated by weak magnetic concentrate I and magnetic separation column concentrate II,the final iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 64.55%and a relative raw ore recovery rate of 40.08% can be obtained.mineral products.For raw ore(flotation tailings),weak magnetic roughing separation-strong magnetic II separation According to the process,it can be obtained that the rate of raw ore is 12.68%,the grade of TFe is 64.55%,the grade of m Fe is 64.22%,the recovery rate of TFe to the original ore is 40.08%,the recovery rate of m Fe is 93.28%,and the recovery rate of Au and Ag leaching is 93.28%.They are 50.62% and 14.79%,respectively.Compared with the original process of the beneficiation plant,"one coarse,one fine,and then grinding and leaching process",the iron ore concentrate to the original mineral rate increased by 0.55 percentage points,the Fe grade increased by 5.53 percentage points,and the Fe recovery rate In order to increase by 1.84 percentage points,the operating leaching rates of Au and Ag slag were increased by 6.74 and 22.1 percentage points respectively,and the leaching recovery rates of Au and Ag to the raw ore were increased by 18.96 and 9.48 percentage points,respectively.Therefore,the improved process is better than the original process of the beneficiation plant.The valuable elements Fe,Au and Ag have more application value. |
