Pipeline vibration is a main form of vibration of hydraulic system. The pipeline vibration of AGC system of5000mm mill of a steel company caused the breakdown of pipe, the fracture of pipe clamp and check valve; severely affect the normal work of hydraulic system; caused great economic losses. It is very urgent to analyze and research the pipeline vibration.There are four severe vibratory pipelines in the hydraulic station. Use Lance test system to test the vibration of pipeline; use C_DAS software to do frequency analysis. Analyze the vibration frequency and vibration source of pipeline; Transform the continuous signal of vibration into digital signal; Provide observable data for reducing pipeline vibration.Use Ansys software to study the pipeline vibration when water hammer and fluid-solid coupling are taking effect simultaneously. Compare the analysis results of Ansys with the vibration signal acquired by Lance test system; provide help to looking for the reason for pipeline vibration.Increase the thickness of pipe can improve the moment of inertia and polar moment of inertia of pipe; improve the ability of resistance to deformation. Use Ansys software to study the pipeline vibration after increasing the thickness of pipe. Results show that the value of vibration acceleration and displacement of pipeline reduced.Improve the oil returning pipeline of WRB, HGC and AWC hydraulic system. Build an independent oil returning pipeline connecting to tank for HGC hydraulic system. Install two independent oil filters and two check valves. After pipeline transformation, use Lance test system to test the vibration of pipeline; results show that the value of pipeline vibration decreased evidently.Established the mathematical model of accumulator system; drew the vibration absorbing characteristics of the accumulator system; studied the relationship between the natural frequency and parameters of accumulator system. The results show that the natural frequency of accumulator system depends on the parameters of accumulator system; the best vibration absorbing characteristics will be achieved when the natural frequency of accumulator system is equal to the flow pulsation frequency.After verfivation, the above three methods can effectively reduce the vibration of oil-returning pipe; has successfully completed the research. |
