Oilfield water injection station generally has a high water injection pressure,injection volume and injection pump with import and export pipelines vibrate seriously,easily leading to pipeline cracking,leakage and accessories looseness and failure.In this paper,the vibration of piston pump and pipeline in a water injection station is tested,and the influence was discussed of different pumps’ working states.Then,the vibration of water injection system was tested of different types of pumps.What’s more,the influence of the structural parameters and the accessories on vibration was discussed respectively by simulation.Besides,the optimization scheme of the plunger pump water injection pipe network was put forward.Finally,the correctness of the scheme was verified.The vibration test was carried out of the plunger pump water injection pipe network system by using the IOtech640 vibration test system.The vibration test scheme of the system was described,including the principle of the arrangement of the pickers,connection of the instruments,parameter setting and vibration signal data acquisition.Results show that the low frequency vibration of the system was mainly caused by the piston pump,and the high one was caused by the fluid.In order to find out the low frequency vibration source which leads to the cracking of the pipeline,vibration states of the system with different working condition of pumps was compared and analyzed.Results showed that working condition of pumps had a significant effect on the vibration of the system.Moreover,the vibration of screw pump and gear pump pipe network system was compared with that of the plunger pump pipe network system.Results showed that the vibration of plunger pump pipe network system is more serious.The inlet pipe of the pipe network system was selected as the object of study.And the vibration of the system was studied by means of modal analysis,considering the fluid-solid coupling effect.Then,the effects of pipe size on the vibration of the pipe were discussed,including the influence of pipe diameter,corner radius and corner angle vibration.Results showed that increasing of the diameter,corner radius and corner angle could effectively reduce the vibration of the pipeline.Besides,the effect of attached weight and different supporting forms was also studied,results showed that supports could play a role in buffering the low frequency vibration,but had little effect on the high frequency vibration,and the attached weight could change the resonance frequency of the pipeline.Furthermore,natural frequency of pipe network was studied under different constaints.According to the above discussion,this paper put forward some concrete measures to decrease the vibration of the water injection station and pointed out that working conditions of the pipe network system has been greatly improved after transformation.
