Pipeline is the most commonly used transport component in chemical production,and it is also an essential part of many mechanical equipment.Many equipment in the working condition,because of the pipeline vibration,causes the environment,the noise pollution,when the vibration is serious,will also cause the pipeline leakage,explosion and other accidents.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to strengthen the research on pipeline vibration.In the analysis and study of pipeline vibration,it is found that the fluid has a great impact on the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline.The pipeline system belongs to the self excitation mechanism,even if it is not interfered by external forces,it will also cause severe vibration.Considering the noise and vibration brought by dynamic load,it will undoubtedly reduce the durability and efficiency of the equipment,and also bury a huge threat and hidden danger,and even lead to explosion Serious accident,pay irreparable price.Therefore,it is very important to consider the interaction between fluid and pipeline(fluid solid coupling)when analyzing the cause of vibration.At the same time,it has important theoretical and practical significance in reducing pipeline vibration and ensuring the safety of pipeline transportation.In this paper,on the basis of literature collection,through the method of field investigation,using the principle of combining theory with practice,the actual vibration problems of reboiler in light hydrocarbon recovery unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company are studied.The vibration model of pipeline is established by using the theory of dynamics and gas-liquid two-phase flow,and modal analysis is carried out by using simulation software,and the vibration caused by slug flow in the middle of vertical pipe section is found out The main dynamic factors are improved to effectively eliminate the industrial hidden danger caused by vibration.By studying the flow law of slug flow under different gas-liquid components in field conditions,following the coupling theory,the fluid and solid domains are calculated,and the specific states of flow field and pressure are mastered.The fluid structure coupling dynamic analysis of the pipeline is carried out by comparing the vibration frequency changes before and after the system analytical coupling,and the pipeline vibration response under different working conditions is obtained.The analysis results show that: under the interference of stable and unstable slug flow,the vibration is very severe,and the strong slug flow will make the vibration peak value higher.Based on the study of vibration characteristics of reboiler pipeline under the action of gas-liquid two-phase slug flow,the improvement measures and methods are put forward to provide solutions for industrial production safety.Starting from the source of vibration,a scientific and systematic vibration reduction scheme is created.Constraint tools are added to the parts with severe vibration,supplemented by pipe clamps and collectors,so as to reduce pressure pulsation and slow down pipeline vibration It has important engineering application value.
